Menopause Movement Mission (MMM) is a vibrant in-person, Tucson, AZ community of women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, who are committed to thriving in their precious life!

  • We embrace our changing bodies with joy, love, compassion, and strength!

  • We focus on safe, effective resistance training tailored to the right intensity and timing, so we can reap the rewards of our efforts.

  • We support and inspire each other through connection, education, and encouragement.

  • Together, we take action to tackle challenges like hot flashes, night sweats, belly fat, anxiety, depression, and mood swings with daily habits.

  • We explore how our shifting hormones influence our bodies, and how movement and lifestyle can support this transformation.

The Menopause Movement Mission is for you if:

  • You’re a woman in peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause.

  • You’re overwhelmed by conflicting info on exercise for mid-life women.

  • You want to safely add resistance training and need a welcoming, supportive environment.

  • You know strength training is important, but don’t know where to begin.

  • You’re nervous about weightlifting and want a supportive group.

  • What used to work for exercise no longer does, and you want answers.

  • You’re ready to embrace new, body-specific approaches to exercise.

  • You’re new to exercising in your changing body and want to explore.

  • You’ve never prioritized exercise but now want to learn in a safe, supportive space.

  • You’re ready to embrace fitness in your present body and celebrate it.

  • You want to laugh, celebrate life, and be a role model of wellbeing for future generations.

What to Expect During Each Session…

Each 75-minute In-Person class is led by Registered Nurse and certified Menopause Fitness Specialist, Fat Loss Specialist, Functional Aging Specialist, Brain Health Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness Instructor, and Integrative Nurse Health Coach, Nicole Vienneau MSN, RN, NC-BC (see her bio below).

The class outline is…

~ Learning and/or Connection Circle:
You’ll check-in and connect together. Then, you’ll explore lifestyle strategies such as improving sleep, nourishing nutrition, mindfulness, stress reduction, and/or building resilience. You’ll also learn about your hormones and how they impact your health.

~ Movement Practice:
Movement is adaptable for all bodies and experience levels. Learn the fundamentals of resistance training, using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and dumbbells, and how exercise impacts your changing body and hormones.

You’ll master basic movement patterns to help you feel stronger, more fluid and more confident.

~ Closing Circle:
We end with a few moments of silence to reflect, absorb and celebrate your efforts! This is a time for bringing your body into a peaceful, balanced and energized state.

About Your Facilitator

Nicole A. Vienneau MSN, RN, NC-BC

Nicole is a former ICU nurse turned holistic wellbeing advocate, with 25+ years in nursing and 30 years in fitness and health coaching.

A retired Reebok-sponsored athlete and national presenter, Nicole is the founder of Tucson’s Restoration Room, where she empowers mid-life women to reclaim their joy, confidence, and ease through holistic menopause and lifestyle strategies.

When she turned 50 she experiencing anxiety and didn’t know why until one day it clicked…”THIS is MENOPAUSE!” She began learning everything she could about this magical transition and wants to help every woman she meets, because, if you’re a woman, and you’re lucky, you will experience the phases of menopause. She started the online Menopause Movement Mission over 2 years ago and has helped many women feel more confident, sexy and strong in the body they have today.

Her personal journey from burnout to peace fuels her integrative approach, blending integrative health coaching, fitness, yoga, Reiki, mindfulness and sound healing. Nicole is also an author, speaker, and podcast host.

She LOVES her hubbs Patrick and enjoys traveling and caring for her two crazy cats Moozie and Bumpie.
