Menopause Movement Mission
for Mid-Life Women
The Menopause Movement Mission (MMM) is a vibrant community of women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, committed to thriving through this phase.
We embrace our changing bodies with joy, love, compassion, and strength!
We focus on safe, effective resistance training tailored to the right intensity and timing, so we can reap the rewards of our efforts.
We support and inspire each other through connection, education, and encouragement.
Together, we take action to tackle challenges like hot flashes, night sweats, belly fat, anxiety, depression, and mood swings with daily habits.
We explore how our shifting hormones influence our bodies, and how movement and lifestyle can support this transformation.
