Sound Healing
We are all energy.
Sound is a form of energy that travels in waves and connects with your body through vibration.
The power of sound healing lies in resonance and entrainment.
Objects naturally vibrate at certain frequencies, this is known as resonance. If another object with a similar frequency approaches, the first object will begin to vibrate in response. Specific tones in sound healing encourages the body's cells to vibrate at their optimal frequencies.
Entrainment synchronizes a faster rhythm to a slower rhythm. Our bodies have many natural rhythms like, heartbeats, respiratory rates, and brain waves.
When you’re stressed or unwell, your natural rhythms can become irregular or chaotic. Entrainment encourages rhythms back into alignment, promoting relaxation, sleep, focus, or other desired states.
Sound Healing Benefits You’ll Experience:
Increased calm and reduced stress
Enhanced Relaxation Response (decreased heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure)
Better sleep
Increased energy and focus
Deepening spiritual connection
Creating a deeper sense of well being

In our sound healings, multiple Crystal Tones, quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, along with frame drums, chimes, rain sticks and other instruments are played in a therapeutic manner in order to relax the body, calm the mind, and ignite inner awareness.
You'll choose to lay, sit or stand, or change from one position to another, with your eyes open or closed for the experience.

“Sound bath” and “sound healing” are often used to describe similar experiences. In general, “sound bath” describes group events where a practitioner plays musical instruments for the purpose of relaxation.
“Sound healing” is also like the above, and can also be used to describe a private session using musical instruments played on or around the body in a personalized way.

To get the most out of our sound healings, we suggest you relax in a comfortable position of your choosing.
You can lay on a mat with a bolster and pillow, you can sit in a chair, you can stand, you can dance (as long as you're not disturbing anyone). You can have your eyes open, or closed, use an eye pillow or not.
The point is, you do what is comfortable for you! Then, you'll listen to the sounds and stay present with what is felt during the experience.
