Restoration Room was inspired after I watched too many incredibly wise and wonderful Nurses and Healthcare Workers (like you + me) contemplate or leave a job you loved, because you were (are) exhausted, dissatisfied, cynical and burned out!
Many of you are also transitioning through the stages of mid-life, like perimenopause, menopause and post menopause, and may feel the same... exhausted, dissatisfied and burned-out!

Restoration Room is a sanctuary for Tucson's Midlife Women and Healthcare Workers of any age, offering a holistic approach to self-discovery, well-being, and health.
Through a supportive community, we embark on a journey of self-awareness, embracing self-care, self-responsibility, and spirituality.
A diverse range of modalities, including group and private coaching, Reiki, Healing Touch, sound healing, movement classes and workshops empower us to nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits.
