For Women Who Want a Quick Reset and Direction During Their Menopause Transition
Overview:
This package is perfect for women who are in the early stages of menopause or are feeling overwhelmed with symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and stress, and need quick solutions. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to help you regain balance, improve time management, and boost energy.

Pre-sessions: Complete comprehensive mid-life woman health questionnaire
Session 1: Unpacking Your health questionnaire
We’ll connect on a deep level about your health questionnaire. This isn’t about what you’re doing wrong- it’s all about what you’re doing right and how to enhance your strengths and build confidence for the partnership ahead.Session 2: Menopause Foundations & Time Management Strategies
We’ll dive into the specifics of your symptoms, talk about your unique menopause experience, and work together to craft time management strategies. This session focuses on organizing your schedule to include time for self-care and healthy habits.Session 3: Energy & Weight Management
Tackle fatigue head-on. We will explore nutritional and lifestyle strategies to help you regain your energy. We will also focus on managing weight gain during menopause with simple yet effective approaches.Session 4: Sustainable Long-Term Strategies for Success
We’ll review your progress, fine-tune your action plan, and make sure you have realistic and sustainable strategies in place to maintain energy, weight, and mental clarity beyond menopause.

Once your package is purchased, Nicole will reach out to you directly to schedule your first appointment and send you a comprehensive health questionnaire, so you’re prepared and ready to move forward together, with ease and confidence. You can expect her to contact you within 24 hours.
All sessions of the ‘Energized and Empowered’ package must be used within 4 months of first appointment. This time frame is important to understand, as health shifts are better navigated with timely contact and communication between you and Nicole. Nicole will make every attempt to reschedule and adapt to your needs, however, any sessions remaining after that period of time will be forfeited.
Sessions can be completed in person at Restoration Room (6502 E. Speedway Blvd. Tucson, AZ) or via Zoom- you get to decide what’s best for you.
Nicole is not practicing as a healthcare provider. If concerns come up during a health coaching session that are beyond her scope of practice, she will work with you to find a suitable healthcare practitioner to support your needs.
