The first five or so years can be overwhelming, scary and difficult, and the first five years can also feel exhilarating, rewarding and love-filled!

We want YOU to feel supported, loved and honored for the work you’re doing no matter what you’re feeling!

Who is a Rookie RN?

A Rookie RN is a Nurse with 0-5 years experience, who wants to continue to get better at and feel better in the role you’ve chosen.

So, we created, the Rookie RN Roundtable… for YOU!

You’ll get to:

• Connect with fellow Rookie RNs from the Tucson area

• Connect with experienced RNs who want you to be successful

• Hear from fellow Rookie RNs and what’s going on in their world

• Support each other by listening and being part of this group

• Have some healthy snacks and beverages

• Leave feeling inspired

• Feel that you’re not alone

• Take home a goodie bag full of fun items to support you
