It is my privilege to offer this full moon meditation from the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
We will start with tuning in together & followed by some brief, grounding breath work & some light stretching prior to sitting for our full moon meditation.
This meditation provides the key to “opening the flow of Kundalini energy to bring peace, security, and the wisdom to make the right choices in life.”
I have been practicing & teaching Kundalini Yoga & meditation for over 25 years, and I am delighted to be able to share this rich tradition with you as we come to celebrate the energy of the full moon together in community.
