November’s Sound Session is all about Peace... freedom from disturbance; tranquility.
Sound like something you need and want right now, because of all the noise around the election?? YES, the election is important, and… you can find peace within yourself, no matter the outcome.
You'll be immersed in peace, and tranquility. Freedom from all the disturbances.
Also, a special treat, as you get TWO sound practitioners at this event! Join Nicole and Kimber, as you allow the calming, uplifting sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, percussion instruments and chimes do the work.
You’ll become more in-tune with your inner peace and the possibilities in and around you.
Bring a yoga mat, socks or slippers, blanket & pillow, dress for comfort, and we’ll provide the rest.
